What comes back
- Price and lead time for the exact type, size and certificate you asked for.
- The diameter tolerance we can hold on that size band, stated as a number.
- Where a tolerance or a type is outside our range, that is said at quotation, not at delivery.
Samples and trial orders
A short length can be sent for a customer’s own stranding or extrusion trial. Tell us the strand count and the insulation the trial will use, so the sample is representative of the production run rather than a convenient offcut.
Minimum order
One spool or one coil on most sizes. Volume pricing starts at the coil level; there is no separate minimum to reach before an order is accepted.
