What we make
Four conductor families: thermocouple alloy wire in Type K, J, N, T and E; heating resistance wire in NiCr and CuNi grades; copper-clad steel at 21% to 40% IACS; and superalloy wire in Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy grades. Enamelled copper alloy wire is supplied alongside the bare conductors for precision resistors, wound components and sensors.
Why it is one site
The wire is drawn from alloy melted in-house rather than bought as rod from a third party. Composition and diameter therefore stay under one quality system from furnace to final spool, and a question about a specific delivery can be answered from our own record rather than the mill’s. Thermocouple pairs are matched from the same heat, so the two conductors in a pair share a thermal history — which is what makes a Class 1 tolerance mean something on delivery.
